Does anyone know if there is a minimum time that can be burned to a dvd?

I have a 11 second clip that doesn't seem to wantto go onto a dvd.

Whilst I don't know if there is a minimum amount  that you can write to a DVD, and this may be controlled by the burner or burner software, I have experienced a problem myself with short segments.
To overcome the problem I simply added enough "something" to the end of my short clip to make the movie longer.
Try adding a title clip such as The End (or even a blank clip or smiley face) and stretching it out to extend the video on the timeline.
If you have a menu at the start you can always put a menu return at the end of your clip if you want to.

You've probably solved this by now, but I can confirm that one of my DVD players can't handle "short" DVDs - ISTR less that 10 minutes - burned by Studio. If you use Nero with files made by Studio, it uses a "compatibility mode" which burns a long lead out. They work on my player.
