I just got studio ultimate 11, and a brand new dell computer. I installed the program and the alpha magic and some of the 2d transitions don't work. I know there is a solution page for this problem but it didn't help. I have talked to them 3 times and they don't know how to fix it. I reinstalled everything 3 times, I changed my driver to 8.2, I downloaded the file it said to download, and I've gotten the update for studio 11. Can anyone else help me??

Your computer specifications would give us a better idea on how we can troubleshoot the problem.

I'm having the same problem, can someone help? I have already downloaded the patch and tried to change my display driver but it doesn't help. This is the first time I've ever used a product like this and I don't know much about it!!
