Hello, as the subject says, I lost my serial number card and can´t login to the help section, since the password I had received in email is not working, and not even typing my email in the lost password feature can I get back a working one, since it´s not recognized anymore

Maybe someone from the Staff can help me out?

IMO, you would only need that to Register your product, not to Login.

You need to enter the e-mail address you used, when you originally purchased the product. Maybe you're entering a current one that can't be recognised?

I lost my product serial.

I retrieved it before through the Help (didn´t write it down), now I can´t login to Help to do this again. This is why I mention this in the Topic, there´s no relationship between the serial and the loging in to the support of the page.
