Hey!

I am totally new in the Studio family - have been working with Vegas for some time and found out that studio was mere easy to work with. I just bought Pinnacle Studio 12plus, and every time i try to open the program a box shows up and the program crashes. The box says: "please run this program from the Administrator account so it can setup your license. Once the license is set up, you can run it from any account.

What can I do? I have only 1 account on my computer and it's the administrator-account as well. I am not very technical in computers, therefore I will love every suggestion.

Please post your computer specs and what version of Studio 12 are you using (Upgrade or Standalone?)

Problem solved.. There were some problems with my administrator-account, but after trobleshooting it by default checking some boxes, I was able to solve it.
