Hi All,

Yesterday I bought the  Pinnacle Studio 12 Mastered via internet and:

  a) I managed to download the Studio te following files:   "Ultimate v12 Download Part 1" and "Studio Ultimate v12 Download Part 2"

  b) I started the installation by clicking  the first file, and nothing happens ( no progress is shown in the bar).

 

This is supposed to be an easy installation, what I missing? 

Do I need to setup the  Downloader, any guide to set it up?

What are the extension names for these files (are the in .exe)?
Hover your mouse pointer over the file one at a time and get the Size. Post the file size for each file.
