I've used studio for years ... my first version was, I think, 7 .

 I've used it more and more recently and have found 10 and 11 to be particularly good - not least because of the transitions and effects that come with the programme (or that I have added over the years). I was delighted that Studio 12 gives you the chance to 'import' these effects and 3rd party plug-ins to the new programme ... and I did so with glee. I was then informed by the program that I could delete previous versions - so I did. Guess what? the transitions and 3rd party plug ins (adorage, etc) don't seem to be anywhere in the program. They are still on the computer - I can see the folder! - but 12 can't access them ... anyone know why?

It all seems a bit complex, but I suspect Pinnacle have been caught on the hop a little.

Personally, I'm just going to leave S11 in place until it is sorted out properly. Thay way all my S11 transitions imported from S9 HFX Plus still work.
