    i need the activation key.... my old key is not working... how do i get it to activate?????????????????????????????????????

    its not there... it came free with the product that I bought from futureshop. i have upgraded my computer and i think that is why it is not working.

    why can i not get it to work? 

     

    Solved!!!!!  i did live chat support and they helped me get it to work.... Thank you so much Pinnacle. Great support......
