I just bought pinnacle studio 12 and was editing some video but my audio and video are not in sync. How can I fix this problem?

There could be some many reasons for this it's impossible to know where to start without a few clues

Can you explain where the video came from and if it's out of sync only in edit mode or also when you play it from the album?

The video is sync in the album, when I put it into the timeline or Make Movie it is not sync

Is this a playback error only or does it transfer if you make a file and then load that file into the album?

Is the OOS a fixed offset or does it vary?
