Well I want a recorder to capture footage from my xbox but the Dazzle DVC100 only records in colour at 50hz.. Does anyone know if this records in colour at 60hz

What? The 100 or something else? The 100 can't record PAL60, the 170 can (apparently)

From the name, that's the same as a DVC100 in a new box (It probably come with S11?). The Dazzle device that is reported to record PAL60 correctly is the DVD Recorder Platinuim - the DVC 170.

You better not take my word for it though, because they may have made inprovements to the 100 other than just the packaging. Marc P should be back on Monday

Your best bet is to go with the Platinum for 60Hz captures.

But i need something compatible with vista, That is only with XP.. And trust me I've downloaded the patches and everything for vista and it still doesnt work.. so i need something for vista 

It does work in Vista. It has been tried and tested. I have personally captured several sessions of Call of Duty 4 matches from my Xbox 360 into my Vista PC using the Dazzle. The only difference is mine is an NTSC version of the Xbox. But it shouldn't be the case as many users have already done this even with integrated video cards in Vista.
