sleas:Even being the "administrator" of the computer requires the right click method for some programs. Why? I don't know.
Running as a "Standard User" and logging in as an Admin only when required has been the recommended Microsoft way starting with NT.
Certain critical (as deemed by Microsoft) changes to the system are allowed in Vista by making even an Admin logon again. My understanding of why was to prevent lowlifes from changing things when an Admin account was being used - for example executing code behind the scenes in a browser.
Like it? No! More secure? Probably some.
