Looks like they have added rotate as a Studio Plus RTFX in Studio 12.

And DX 10 support.

Going through the FAQs, has anyone spotted anything else?

There is a Studio Content wizard for transferring premium content purchased for St10 or 11....

And uploading direct to YouTube from Studio 12....

You can output audio only files including MP3s....

2 biggies for me... AC3 import!!! Let's hope they fixed the DD5.1 export function though....Can any beta tester or P staff let us know (if you can talk now)?

According to the "Top 10 reasons to upgrade", one of the new features is 3gp output for mobile phones.  (???)

The biggie seems to be the Montage tool.   Pinnacle's excuse for no more video tracks.  Looks interesting.  Can't tell if there is any customization or keyframing allowed. 

Burning of Blu-ray discs with motion menus.  But no more support for HD-DVDs.(?)

The FAQs also provide instructions for uninstall/reinstall of S12.  That doesn't sound very optimistic.

They've probably been replaced by sparkling new ones. 

No proof, but maybe the help file will actually have working links to embedded pictures!

Probably due to the ability to use fully the  64Bit Core2 Duo and Quadcore processors, as well as the ability to go above the 3Gig  limit of recognized RAM in 32Bit systems, I have 8Gig in my 64Bit Vista system as well as the Quadcore ..makes a huge difference.....
