I have a new issue with my PCTV to go....

I run the setup and all is well. I can access locally and remotely.

Then the next day, the settings have been lost.  I can still connect remotely and locally, and my router still shows the PCTV, but I get a black box.  No video or sound.  But it says it is streaming (1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec, etc)

When I open the remote control, it is not the one I set up, but a very generic tv remote....

This has happened 3x now.  I have to do a hard reset and set up the device again, simple reboot does nothing.

Please help.
