Funny company

    Funny company

    This really is a funny company. If they request a credit card, for goods, they won't prodeed with your order. So, you wire your money to them, and still they won't post your goods.

    The best part is, they don't like returning your money either! I've tried for over a week. It's taken 3 weeks all told for nothing.

     

    They will phone you, and broken in  English will speak in garbled conversation. But, still no money or goods.

     

    WHat do you do to shake their tree, for common sense to come out of the shadows?

     

    We are now offering  a refund for order  4274988315  my back details have been posted to them once, how many times do you need them?

    This is a public forum. I consider your remarks about "broken English" to be racist.

    It's also a User's forum. You need to complain to Pinnacle, not the other users.

    It might help to be coherent, write clearly, and refrain from derision.  From your post, it is not clear what you bought, how you paid, whether your credit card or bank account was actually debited, whether you preserved the invoice number when you ordered the product, whether Pinnacle acknowledged or denied the order, or anything else.   No well-meaning person could possibly act based on garbled statements.

    Do try addressing your problem in writing to Pinnacle.  The refund order number means nothing to the forum participants.
