Ok, I got my Pinnacle USB Dazzle DVD Recorder about a week ago off walmarts eStore or whatever. I brang it home, downloaded the software, (im using vista) and the patches/drivers. It worked GREAT. But then, last thursday i factory restore my Acer Aspire 5520 Series Computer. Then, yesterday I tried to Install Instant DVD Recorder, it stops at the very end, like 99.9%, and it wont finish, i left it on all night, it didnt finish. But it creates a Instant DVD Recorder on my desktop, and when i use it (with the patch/driver installed) it brings up this weird colored screen, with what loooks like multicolored lightning streaks going diagnolly down. If you have ever had this problem, please show me how i can fix it, It cost me 50$ and i really want this to work.

After you factory restored you computer, did you check to see if there are any further driver updates or patches that you might need - not Pinnacle, but acer hardware and vista?

U know, i did actually install a Vista Patch awhile before i installed the dazzle...ill be sure to check that out, thank you so much if it works :D
