What was the reason why we don't have a Tips and Tricks forum? Everyone else does! (Even Liquid) 
One more question........ Why is the 'Off Topics' forum for registered users only? Now, I don't have a problem with that, it's just that the German's Off Topics is open to everyone. (I have this thing about equality and fairness. Hehehehe
