Fix two problems and make an addition:

The menus still are a problem.  There are workarounds but why should I need to do this?

The Date/Time stamp for HDV tape (ie: Canon hv20) is not transfered.  For me, a very useful if not necessary feature.

In some instances a couple of additional video tracks would be helpful.  Much more work to use ProDad, for me at least.
