Hi guys,

I recentlly installed Pinnacle studio plus 11 on my vista ultimate.

I found some files and folders added to my public folder, I dont know why!

Is this normal for vista to add files to the public folder? by the way I dont share anything with anybody so all my sharing options are set to OFF.

It's really making me uncomfortable knowing that I have data on my public folder that could be shared!

Is this a Vista issue?, or just a software issue?

The same thing happened with adobe photoshop, I installed it and I found a "My Documents" folder under the public folder.

Why does Pinnacle add data/installation files to the public folder?

That's it! If this is a Vista issue, then I am going back to XP.

In XP, we only had the "My Documents" folder, where we knew where everything is.

with Vista it's a lot more complicated.

by the way what is a junction file or folder?
