    Much Thanks!!

    I would personally and publicly like to thank Marc P of Pinnacle Support for his time and effort in helping me resolve several problems that I have had with S11. Through email, his diligence and patience I believe should be publicly recognized.

    Now, I have all the the Activation Keys listed and working well. He provided me with the information that was needed to accomplish this. No, it was not resolved right away. But he was quick with emails and came up with the right link for me to get what I need. Now, I am ready and very very happy!

    Thanks again Marc P and the rest of Pinnacle Support!

    Marc,

    Many more compliments to come if you can tell us about how Studio uses still photos with resolutions identiical to video!

    If you recall, a circle in a still photo is: 720x480 (oval) vs 721x480 (circle). I'll also add in a more recent example: 1440x1080 (oval) vs 1920x1080 (circle).

    I am guessing that it is Studio thinking that the still is a video and hence has non-square pixels. But confirmation from engineering would be nice.

    Mark, I will make another follow up (5th) regarding that and hopefully I'll get some new updates.

    Marc,

    Does Engineering give ticket numbers for each help request they dela with like IT help desks? If so, their metrics are not looking too good.
