Perhaps a better question would be, how do I obtain the "Passport number" from Mobile Media Converter, so I can regenerate a new activation key?
In order to move MMC from an old dying computer to a new one, you need this Passport number. The funny part about all the help documents in the knowledgebase, refer to using the "Help" menu. Any insight is greatly appreciated and based on the number of reads on this thread, I cannot be the first to encounter this.
