Pinnacle Studio 10 Quickstart Serial does not work :o(

Just purchased the Pinnacle dvd maker deluxe which includes the Instant DVD recorder and Studio 10 Quickstart.

Well the key for Instant DVD recorder worked, but the serial for the Studio 10 Quickstart does not work..

Help please!!!! :o(
