Hi I'm trying to put smartsound on new computer with Win XP and S11U .  I have read some threads and followed  their instructions but I'm still having problems I download Smartsound patch but when I go into S11 and try SS it keeps asking for CD which CD?  as I have S9 , S9+upgrade and now S11U. I even copied the sound files on old computer and placed them in the folder but it stills asking for SS CD . Also  when I tried to load SS and load BONUS DVD and go to samples SS its says no sound files? Can anyone point me in the right direction .Thank you

If you have a previous version of Studio , browse it & copy the Smartsound folder on your HDD , then Install  the Smartsound Music & Quicktracks located inside the copied folder.

Thanks Marcus still had problems but finally got there

I am glad that things are now working for you

My experience;

1. Remove Smartsounds (Studio 9, Studio 10)    Control Panel >> Add or Remove Programs

2. Go to Smartsounds website, Save the Quicktracks patch for Pinnacle to your computer.. Run the patch three times

3. Now.. Custom install your Studio 10 Smartsounds.

IT WORKS !!!
