Audio Output Issue when Capturing with Panasonic DVX - 100 in Studio 10

When I capture video from my Panasonic DVX - 100 in Studio 10, the audio is giving me a high pitched feedback sound in addition to the audio from the video.

I know it's not a problem with the video camera because when I play back footage on my TV, the audio is perfect. Some help and suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.

Just to isolate the Problem Please give us the ff details :

How do you connect your Panasonic DVX - 100 in your Computer? Are you using a Pinnacle Capturing Device? What Cables? & Lastly.. What version of Pinnacle Studio are you working with ?
