This guys supervisor, who I had to demand they get for me to talk to, had me actually taking the thing apart and shorting switches with wire before telling me to come back to the website and applying for an RMA #. I would like a refund or replacement from SOMEONE for it...&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;solutions? &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
