I am trying to make my first movie using V9. I have captured, edited, and now have selected Make Movie. I select Disc and then go to settings and select Output Format: DVD and then select ok. I then get this message: In order to ensure Studio 9 has the latest components you must activate MPEG-2 Encoding/Decoding now. Activation is free, fast and easy. I then select Activate Now. I input my passport, serial, and user info and select submit. This same screen just pops back up. I never get beyond the submit screen. I purchased this software several years ago and because of small children and ailing father I never really had the time to learn it properly. I'm wondering if it's too late to get this activation as Pinnacle has stopped all live support for this version as of Jan 2008? I tried contacting them by phone and live chat, but both times was told Forums is the only place to receive help. I purchased a Holiday FX activation key successfully so I don't know if I'm just missing a step in the Make Movie or what? I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
