&lt;P&gt;I'm not a huge user of the programme and have version 9 with varios upgardes. But would like to do better movies.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently started quite a large film project with quite large clips captured from a digital&amp;nbsp;cannon camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All seemed well and going to plan with getting the frames into the time line etc etc.&amp;nbsp;when I got half way through it, a pop up came along and said ' the programme has run out of Memory' and shut my PC down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did a little research and it told me to adjust the virtual memory on my Pc which I did and to no avail. The hard drive also has plenty of memory on it. Is version 9 just not powerful enough to handle the content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Q: If i upgrade&amp;nbsp;to version 12 will this solve the issue, Is V12 a more pwerful version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know V14 has just been released but I'm not sure if it's worth it or not.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Don't know if anyone can help with what seems a simple issue as Pinnacle telephone support had&amp;nbsp;NO IDEA.&amp;nbsp; I purchased the downloadable Studio&amp;nbsp;12 upgrade to Ultimate and it comprises 2 parts to download due to file size.&amp;nbsp; All was well and I downloaded part 1 about 2.2gig but when I clicked on part 2 to download I got a time out message as it did take a long time to download pt1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway I searched around to find where I can access part 2 and it seemed I could do an order lookup through estore/support but it doesn't recognise my order number and password as I didn't complete the order, aka finish the part 2 download. Went in circles for a few hours trying everything and got no where so called customer support and it took some time for them to appreciate that I just didn't get the chance to press the part 2 download button.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They were checking that part 2 can be downloaded etc but eventually I said just&amp;nbsp;give me a link or direct me to a button to press&amp;nbsp;so I can continue the download!&amp;nbsp; They got that message, but couldn't help and all I got was a customer care number 01016919 but it seem like Pinnacle are on another planet.&amp;nbsp; Haven't heard a thing and now I am left to deinstall PS12 and reinstall to get it working as it was, unless someone here might have some ideas.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I like PS12 and really want to stick with it and I would like the ultimate upgrade but, seems like I'm stuck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

So I dump the program and reinstall,.. during the install &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ERROR 6 BAD ATTRIBUTE LINE 0 appears,&amp;nbsp; click ok, then,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ERROR15 ILLEGAL CHARACTER LINE 0 appears, click ok 6 times and is goes away., then &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PROCESS FAILS click cancel and it tells me that installation complete and do you want a shortcut on your desktop&amp;nbsp; ? What the hell ?????&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try to start the program and it fails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thier solutions is to upgrade and spend&amp;nbsp;more money,.. well &amp;nbsp;**** you,.. The hard disk isn't working either. The computer turns to normal after I remove the card. What could be wrong? Am I missing an update, patch or something?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Briefly, it has 4 gigs of RAM, a dual core processor, and at least 28 gigs of space available for installing it. The target drive is linked in a RAID connection with another hard drive.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can install the first disk. When we get the dialog box that tells us to insert disk 2 (with the file data3.cab), it stalls once either of us presses any button (Browse, OK, Cancel). The odd part is that I've successfully installed the application several times on my smaller computer.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas, pointers, or suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;

It's my understanding that the pixie folder contains all of your purchased activation keys. When I purchase the new S14UC (full version) I intend to search the new installation for this folder and if found make a back-up and then copy my S12 PIXIE folder to replace the S14 folder.
