These don't normally show on a standard tv, but they do on the new digital screens. You can either enlarge the picture very slightly and center it down, or you can use a blank title mask to cover it. There are several threads on the forum discussing this. You might do a search for "switching noise" or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;

There may be some way to improve the capture to eliminate the noise. Perhaps it is a tracking problem with the video playback.
