But i'm sorry that this does not seem to be an acceptable solution for your PS1. Have you tried passing the signal through a VCR perhaps or a TV's output. I'm not too sure if that's an available option in the PAL world.
Re: An unusual problem

I'm afraid there's no way to make nay changes like that, it's a PAL system but can run NTSC games.

I'm probably just gonna have to get something new the way things are looking.

Re: An unusual problem

Could it be that you are using a PAL PS1 is running at 60hz which causes problems? Try and check your PS1 settings and see if there are any settings that you can change with regards to display. Well, I have a new problem now.

I've been using both Studio 10 and VirtualDub out of experimentation, and I've noticed I can capture footage from PAL and NTSC PS2 games fine, but I cannot capture perfect footage from PAL PS1 games, in which the image is always shown to be jumping out of frame and even turning black and white. I can record NTSC PS1 games though, but they always come out in black and white, though that area is not my focus here.

The PAL PS1 game problem happens no matter what console they're in (PS1 or PS2), what on earth is causing it and is there any solution to it?

Hope I can hear back from someone.

Perhaps its running @ 60hz rather than 50? What game is this (just curious)?
