Maybe race condition.  Yes, as long as I remember to load SFP first I don’t need to start over.

Excuse me, I experienced same problem in PS 21.  So, it didn’t start with 24 that I never owned.  And I have been running with SFP 6.6.9 as long as it’s been released.  The experience with SFP, be it caused by Corel as you say or Smartsound has caused me to first see if one of the PS built in sound clips would work.  If not I deal with smartsound nonsense.  I hope my recent tests using methods to set duration continue to work well.  Yesterday, I only opened a completed project for the test.  Pleased with results.
