Were title available to view in the Titles section of the Library?

 Hi Jeff - it's in PS25 Ultimate

 I can recreate by going to a project bin and clicking on the Hide Project Files button, which looks like a circle with 5 dots inside, so it goes grey.

When I then select Titles from the library, an empty tab is shown.

By going back to a project bin and clicking on the button now labelled Show Project Files so it goes orange again, when I then select Titles from the library they are shown
