Could be the latest version of Windows 10 that the new and improved DRM(Digital Rights Management) has determined that what you are capturing is copyrighted.  Does it always stop at the same time or file size?  You are allowed to use up to 15 seconds of copyrighted music material.  Not sure about video rights.
