I used Revouninstaller to uninstall my Pinnacle studio21 Ultimate before trying to install 24

The problem is  that 24 is not on my computer only the Installer24 so I can't remove it it's not there. The problem is I cant install it

I did some trouble shooting and up came a message: it's not compatible... or : Pinnacle requires your permission...

I'm thinking of a refund, I have never met problems when installing a program maybe after it has been installed
