Hi,

 I am exporting an MPEG-2 file (HD1080/24P) with Pinnacle Studio 23. When I use the preset it exports at the desired 23.976 frame rate. If, however, I go to "Custom" to increase the bitrate, it exports at 25fps with no obvious ways of changing the framerate. This is obviously for PAL. Does anyone have a way around this? Thanks for your assistance!
