Hi. I'm trying to run my PS23U 2.0 but it won't open. It keeps trying to open but stops at "Init Database" and it is just that.

I've already booted the computer (W10), but it didn't work. In 7 years of PS this is the first time this has happened.

Does anyone know how to help me solve the problem?
