Looked on the Corel(Pinnacle) site for a patch page for Studio 23, however as of now haven't found one.

As the program is loading, bottom left of the splash screen is the version number. If it is 23.2.1,297 you have the latest version. Also in Help (?) you can check the version number under About, and check for online updates manually. It will tell you if you don't have the latest. so there is no longer any need for a "Patch" web page.

The download files are deliberatly left on your desktop so you can back them up should you wish, thus enabling you to re-install without Internet access. The Install process tells you that.

I state the version number in the first post, but here it is again.

Current running program is Studio 23 U version 23.0.0.110 (this is on the DVD)
