I have the Dazzle DVD Recorder and it automatically connected with the  MultiCam Capture Lite software and immediately.

Even before trying to capture VHS tapes the screen show a band of lines across the screen that I cannot eliminate. The line do not go away when I'm actually trying to record. 

Is this the appropriate forum to post this question. If so how can I eliminate the lines.
