All of the thumbnails for the chapter buttons except chapter 1 don't match the chapter markers in the timeline.

Even when I try to change the thumbnails by first highlighting the associated chapter button in the chapter menu, then dragging the scrubber to the chapter marker position in the timeline, and finally clicking the "Set Thumbnail" button on the Timeline toolbar,, the incorrect Thumbnail in the chapter button does not change.
