Now there is another problem that has arisen after reinstallation

Under Library on top of the page when editing I can see all  Effects, Transitions, Titles, Montage, Soundstage  Triple scoop Music, Music sound effects,  and Discmenus

But when I hold the cursor over/on  Sound effects: nothing shows up

Under C: Pinnacle 21,  Content, I can see Sound effects and when I click on them I hear the chosen sound effect, but I cant see them in Library

What to do?
