Bought a new video camera,  4K Panasonic ag ux90

Was recommended to record in :FHD 1080/50.00p 50M. I import the film to Pinnacle 20 ultimate do some editing and before making an image I check the movie, no black frames. I watch the immage making when  in progress and all of a sudden there are  a few black frames which are not to be seen on the imported film. It all happens when i make an image

In pinnacle I can see under Preset: Pal 16:9  720 x 576/25p, 8500 kBit/s

I had expected that my FHD 1080/50.00p 50M would be shown under Preset in Pinnacle

What  settings shall I use in pinnacle? I use  HD 1920 x 1080/50p therefore it seems a little bit strange that Preset in Pinnacle has...720 x 576/25p...

Could the black  frames be caused by the settings above?
