I'm using an MSI GT60 laptop.  GTX 770M

Hardware default was Cuda.  Switching to None made no difference.

Still thinks the 360 MP4 file is only an audio file.  My regular Sony MTS videos file loads and previews just fine on PS21.  I'm only having problems with the Samsung 360 MP4 files.

Will create a test file tomorrow.
