Not sure if this is the right place or not but here goes.

I have just installed a Dazzel  Video usb capture device and it works ok with Studio 21 Ultimate, However Iam getting a constant pulsing pop coming out of the speakers even when Studio is not running,

If I unplug the Dazzel unit it stops. anyone else have this problem and do you know how to fix it.
