I have a feeling that my computer needs more power. I have windows 7 pro, Intel core7,  4.00 Ghz,  Radeon R9 380 series, 16 Ram

Thinking of buying a Panasonic ag ux90 4K. Will my computer meet the needs for edeting Uhd  If not what will I have to improve?

What kind of SD-card do I need. Each film will be about 60 minutes

If I convert an UHD film to Mpeg4,  Will the sharpnes/quality be the same or a little worse?
