OK I will just hang out for now. I assume that they will no longer be working on 19.5 bugs and all patches will be for 20 but I have been wrong before. I guess an upgrade makes sense when that speed issue is fixed in 20. Now the 64 million dollar question is "How to know when they fixed it if they don't have a bugs fixed list?"
