    I have been using PS since version 10. I have upgraded numerous times. My system was upgrade from Win7 to Win10, It was not smooth but it is working good now. I upgraded to PS19; then 19.5; then 19.51 and everything seems to be working just fine now! I am sorry you are having a problem with your computer; I don't think its the software. This is why I like PS. Individuals with problems get pretty good support from our forum members. Unfortunately, software cannot be tested on every hardware platform or every hardware combination. All software have bugs and Corel seems pretty good about finding most of them with help from our form. Most of the problems are associated with old drivers for video and audio. These are easily fixed. Sometimes the OS has been damaged by viruses and adware; these are harder to find. Oh, and sometimes the install has been corrupted because of the antivirus software the user is using! Don't always assume it is a PS software bug.. I love this forum!
