Re: Dazzle DVC100 Video Creator Platinum - Blue Screen of Death

But then last week, after I got done with another recording session with my Dazzle, I unplugged the Dazzle's USB cable, and that's when I got the BSoD, so I'm guessing my Dazzle's the culprit. But why? How do I fix this? Help.

I don't have any Pinnacle Capture Devices.

    However:

Before you disconnect Dazzle USB cable from your PC, Click on Windows OS Taskbar "Safely Remove Hardware and Media" Icon.  If Dazzle shows, select it.& wait for "Safe to Remove  Hardware" Pop-up, before you disconnect.

    Try that.

If no success, you need to look at Windows OS System Memory Dump Folder that contains info, following  BSODs. That info can identify the Software / Hardware that's the cause of the BSOD. So might Event Viewer, at the time of the BSOD.

Connecting Dazzle before you start your PC & Disconnect Dazzle after you've shut-down your PC, might fix it. You should Connect Dazzle before Launching Studio, anyway.
