If I move the green point obviously it works and I can apply pan effect. The issue affects only "automatic" way.

For Culparn: it's exactly what I say: in automatic mode (and Smartmovie  uses automatic Pan & Zoom) the only effect applied is Zoom (every photo remain centerd), the same on every photo.
