Hoping someone can help me.

I had to reformat my computer and now need to re-install my software. I have tried to re-install Pinnacle 14 but keep getting an error message as follows: :error 1311 - Source file not found "studio\Data1.cab". I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
