Hi cheers for coming back to me but I've done some tests on a small clip 23sec with no effects, music or anything else added and fully renderend  its the same when burned to dvd it plays ok on computer its when its burned to DVD that the stuttering happens I have checked the footage from the camera to tv and its ok so again its when it burns to DVD that the stuttering happens I have checked the clip in Gspot and here's the read out
