I have a full collection of Studio from 8,9 and 11, The 9 and 11 are both upgrades which have all installed correctly.

Iam trying to install the 11 upgrade to ultimate, when I get to the registration/serial number page there is input blocks for 5 groups of 5 character serial, however, the serial number on the inside of the case is in the format

xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x (2,4,4,4,4,4,1)

I am Installing on my HP Pavilion after getting back from repair and have managed to get this far by installing on Windows 7

Can anyone help please
