    No, I'm afraid you can't, because PS (and all other video software) will only let you edit the video on frame boundaries. Some software will let you define an audio offset between the video and audio, but not Studio.

    The most you can be out is half a frame. If you just use one audio track, I very much doubt if you can see if lipsync is half a frame out.. If you want to mix the audio, though, you have an issue because the cameras weren't locked together.
