Have you tried to export with "Image Quality" to "Best quality" with a higher bitrate? That setting makes the export really slow, but the quality should be better.

You could also try to export a MOV Video, Preset "Custom" with H264 Encoding and 24Mbps bitrate.

If that does not help, there is nothing that can be done in the very near future, sorry. 

Pinnacle Studio 16 uses an encoder from Intel that supports hardware acceleration. Other video editing programs may use other modules.
